1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature on PointEarn, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Virtual Points & Reward System

Virtual Currency Only: All points, scores, or virtual balances ("Points") earned on PointEarn are purely promotional, non-monetary virtual tokens. Points hold no intrinsic cash value, legal tender status, or property rights until successfully converted and approved for redemption through our official channels.

No Ownership: Users do not own the points credited to their accounts. Point balances represent a conditional incentive provided at our sole discretion.

3. System Errors, Modifications & Right to Reset

Technical Glitches & Adjustments: In the event of a system bug, database error, technical glitch, script exploitation, or illegal accumulation of points, PointEarn reserves the absolute right to correct, adjust, deduct, or reset user point balances to zero (0) without prior notice or compensation.

Unearned Points: Any points accumulated as a result of system errors, unauthorized automation, or site maintenance errors will be deemed void and removed from the user's account balance.

Platform Modifications: We reserve the right to modify point conversion rates, minimum withdrawal thresholds, available reward options, daily limits, or task rewards at any time without prior liability.

4. Account Security, Ad-Blockers & Fraud Prevention

One Account Per Person: Each user is allowed to maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate, fake, or automated accounts is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Tools (VPN / DNS / Ad-Blockers): The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxy servers, Private DNS configurations, Ad-Blockers, or automated bots to bypass advertisements, manipulate timers, or cheat the system is strictly forbidden.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or terminate any user account found violating these rules, and all accumulated points in such accounts will be permanently forfeited.

5. Withdrawals, Payments & Cashout Policy

Processing & Approval: All redemption requests (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Mobile Recharge, Game Vouchers, or Bank Transfers) are subject to manual verification and approval by our administration team.

Rejection Right: We reserve the right to reject any withdrawal request if fraudulent activity, bot usage, or system manipulation is suspected.

Payment Delays: While we strive to process payouts promptly, PointEarn is not liable for payment delays caused by third-party payment gateways, incorrect account details provided by the user, or network outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PointEarn, its operators, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or pecuniary damages arising from any loss of point balances, account suspension, technical failures, software errors, or platform downtime.

7. Termination of Service

PointEarn reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the service, or shut down the platform entirely, at any time without prior liability or obligation to redeem outstanding virtual point balances.
